Thank you for scheduling a showing of one of my listing.
To open our Supra lockbox, you will need to also enter the CBS code when directed.
We use this to have an additional layer of security on occupied properties to make sure only agents with appointments have access to the keys in the lockbox.

• Enter your normal 4 digit key code.
• Push up on the bottom key compartment to activate the Bluetooth.
• Within a few seconds, it will prompt you to enter the 7 digit CBS code.
• Enter CBS Code (Given By The Listing Agent on the email confirmation or the View Access on Showing Time App)
• Click OK or Done.
• Push up on the bottom key compartment again to re-activate the Bluetooth.

Within a few seconds, you should get the alert that the lockbox is now ready to open.

• Push up on the bottom of the key compartment once more and release the compartment to come down to get the keys.
• Please return the keys to the lockbox when you have finished your showing.
